Mike (RICHARD GOMEZ) and Lisa (LORNA TOLENTINO) are both senior product managers in the same company and husband and wife at home. Everything goes well until one of them comes up for a promotion. Mike expects to get the promotion and is more than disappointed to learn that Lisa bags it. Lisa hesitates accepting, in deference to her husband and his ego, but Mike himself tells her to take it. Liza's newfound position in the workplace creates tension in the home.
