Can I refund or cancel my subscription?
Once the subscription fee has been charged to your credit card, you can no longer refund or cancel your subscription.
Your subscription automatically expires at the end of the subscription mode you have chosen (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual subscription).
As for the auto renewal feature, cancellation should be done no later than two (2) days before your next billing date. This is to accommodate the time zone difference across territories.
