I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
Once logged in to TFCnow, you can retrieve your password by clicking on the Forgot Password link found on the navigation links within the website. Please follow these steps:
1. Enter your e-mail address.
2. Enter your birth year.
3. Click on the "Retrieve Password" button.
For security purposes, our system will check if the e-mail address and birth year you entered match the ones you submitted when you first registered to our website.
If these match, we will send you a unique system-generated password to your e-mail address. You can use this to immediately access TFCnow content. We advise that you change this to your preferred password so it’s easier for you to remember.
