Why do I get a 'log in failed' error message when I enter my password?


There may be several reasons why you are getting a 'log in failed' error message when you type in your password to log in to your account.

1. Double check if you typed in your password correctly. Passwords are case-sensitive. Check if the Caps Lock key is enabled.

2. Are you entering the password to the corresponding e-mail address? If you have more than one e-mail address registered to our website, you could have your passwords mixed up.

If you are sure you are entering your password correctly but still can't log in, you can also retrieve a new system-generated password.

You might also need to delete the cookies in your computer. To do so:

1. Open the Internet Explorer browser
2. Click on "Tools", then "Internet Options"
3. Under the General tab, look for "Temporary Internet Files", click on "Delete Cookies" then "OK"
