How do I change subscription plan/credit card/credit card information?


Cancel your autorenewal subscription first:

To cancel your auto renewing subscription:

(1) Go to the billing history page to view all your transactions (log in required): https://now.abs-cbn.com/billing.aspx
(2) Click on the product under “Items Ordered” to view the billing details for the subscription you would like to cancel.
(3) On the billing details page, click on the “Cancel Subscription” button and answer the short survey. Click on the “Cancel Subscription” button once again.

To verify that your active subscription has been cancelled, your subscription’s status should be marked as "cancelled" on the billing history page.

( 2 ) Renew your subscription choosing the plan of your choice.

To renew:

( 1 ) Go to the main website: https://now.abs-cbn.com//index.aspx (log-in required)
( 2 ) Click on the SUBSCRIBE/RENEW link
