Can I cancel my auto renewal subscription using a different computer?
You may cancel your auto renewal subscription using a different computer. You just need to log–in the email address and password you have used during your subscription to our service.
Also, you need to use Internet Explorer during the cancellation since our system is not compatible with other browser.
