Error On Page appears whenever I click the DOWNLOAD link.
You need to click on the yellow triangle (located on the bottom left corner of the page) for you to be able to see the exact error. Collect a screenshot of the problem so that we can get a clearer image of the problem that you are encountering. To do so:
1. When the problem occurs, press the “Pr Scrn” key (right beside the F12 key in the keyboard).
2. Open the Paint program in the Start Menu > Programs > Accessories.
3. In the Paint program, use the “Paste” command in the Edit menu.
4. Use the “Save as” command in the File menu to save the error message screen as a BMP or JPEG file.
5. Send the picture file as an e-mail attachment.
