Can I reset my license?
Yes, you can. However, please be aware that each transaction on TFCnow represents a purchase of a license to view the videos made accessible through the specific license purchased. As such, a request to reset a license is granted on a conditional basis.
With this, please note that all licenses can only be reset once. Each subscriber will only be granted one license reset every six months. This means that if a subscriber has multiple licenses and needs to reformat his/her computer’s operating system or has changed computers, TFCnow shall grant a reset of all the licenses in his/her account once ONLY. After the said license reset, TFCnow can no longer grant another license reset to the same subscriber until after six months.
