Why can't I watch the videos even though I successfully downloaded my viewing license?
There are several possible reasons why your viewing license is not working:
1. The Digital Rights Management (DRM) components of your Windows Media Player are not fully upgraded. You must be able to watch our test video successfully to ensure that your Windows Media Player can play our protected videos.

2. Your computer's Date and Time properties have been altered and is not set to the current date/year. If the date is not correct, you can change this by double-clicking on the time stamp. If your license still does not work after this, please inform our Customer Service so we can check on your license.
3. You have an incomplete installation of your Windows Media Player. Download the latest Windows Media Player for free here.
