How do I cancel my subscription?
For Non Auto renewal subscribers:
Since your subscription is not enrolled on our Auto renewal feature, your license will automatically expire on the end date specified on your billing history depending on the subscription period you are subscribed to (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual).
For Auto renewal subscribers:
You may cancel your subscription by cancelling your auto renewal by following the instructions below:
* Go to the billing history page to view all your transactions:
https://now.abs-cbn.com/billing.aspx
* Click on the product under “Items Ordered” to view the billing details for the subscription you would like to cancel.
* On the billing details page, click on the “Cancel Subscription” button. Your subscription’s status will then be marked as cancelled.
