How do I cancel an auto renewable subscription?
* Go to the billing history page to view all your transactions:
https://now.abs-cbn.com/billing.aspx
* Click on the product under “Items Ordered” to view the billing details for the subscription you would like to cancel.
* On the billing details page, click on the “Cancel Subscription” button. Your subscription’s status will then be marked as cancelled.
VeriSign will process your payment upon your billing due date. Payment transactions follow Pacific Standard Time. Should an error be encountered while processing your payment, VeriSign will attempt to process once per day for 3 consecutive days only. After which, your subscription will then be automatically cancelled by the system. Should you wish to continue your subscription, just subscribe again. A cancelled subscription can no longer be reactivated.
Cancellation should be done no later than two (2) days before your next billing date.
