ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation (“ABS-CBN”) owns the exclusive coverage and broadcast rights over the “Mano A Mano Pacquiao vs. Larios Pilipinas Contra Mexico” boxing event (the “Event”) to be held on 02 July 2006 at the Araneta Coliseum. No person or entity may cover or broadcast the Event without the prior written authorization of ABS-CBN.
Further, no part of ABS-CBN’s broadcast may be copied, reproduced, rebroadcast, transmitted or exhibited without the prior written authorization of ABS-CBN.
Any violation of ABS-CBN’s rights shall be prosecuted to the full
extent of the law.
